REACH first field-monitoring mission led by Dr. Nedal Jayousi was in the context of continuous monitoring Erasmus+ programme, the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is developing a comprehensive field monitoring policy. National Erasmus Office (NEO) eager to have a better overview of the funded projects, their objectives and results and to become better acquainted with the institutions involved. The purpose of the online meeting is to monitor and evaluate the project outcomes, deliverables, the impact and the sustainability. In addition, the field monitoring is focused on the progress in signing partnership agreement, forming team for project management, quality plan and conflict resolution. Also the meeting focused on the organization of work between the partners, website development and the last point take place was the bottlenecks faced through the management of the project.
The team member of the REACH project followed the agenda and timetable mentioned above with the present of external relation representatives and the project team leader from each partner.
Dr. Khaled Al Hallaq as a Head of External Relations Office provide his speech thanking all for attendance and providing a brief about REACH Project and its strategic impact in enhancing cross border employability for Palestinian Higher Education Institutions (PHEIs) graduates especially through the COVID-19 outbreak we facing nowadays.

Dr. George Yerousis (BZU) provided his presentation about the progress in WP1, he introduced in detailed the objectives of this WP, the deliverables which are, the literature review for Gaza and West Bank context, needs assessment, benchmarking study and final compendium.
