REACH Partners Review Quality Assurance Activities and Final Preparations for Project Closure

On 21 September 2023, REACH project partners convened online to assess project progress, review final reporting requirements, and coordinate the last preparations for the REACH Conference. The meeting focused on ensuring the quality and completeness of project deliverables as the consortium approached the final stage of implementation.

During the meeting, partners reviewed the status of work package reports and discussed the remaining documentation required for the project’s final report. The consortium highlighted the importance of submitting all supporting financial records, payment verification documents, timesheets, and joint declarations to ensure compliance with project and funding requirements. Participants also exchanged updates on the completion of training activities, collection of project results, and preparation of success stories that demonstrate the impact of REACH on graduate employability and university–industry cooperation.

A significant part of the discussion was dedicated to the upcoming REACH Conference. Partners confirmed the decentralized conference model previously agreed upon, with events scheduled across participating universities during the final week of September 2023. The conference will showcase project achievements, training outcomes, best practices, and success stories from beneficiaries and stakeholders. The meeting concluded with a commitment from all partners to finalize outstanding reports, complete financial documentation, and ensure the successful delivery of conference activities, marking an important step toward the successful closure and sustainability of the REACH project.
