REACH Consortium Finalizes Conference Plans and Advances Reporting Activities

The REACH project partners met online on 6 September 2023 to review project progress, finalize reporting requirements, and coordinate preparations for the upcoming REACH Conference. During the meeting, partners assessed the status of the final project reports, with most work package reports already submitted and only the final contribution from Work Package 1 pending. The consortium also reviewed financial reporting requirements, emphasizing the importance of completing and submitting all supporting financial documentation, including payment records, timesheets, and joint declarations for the project extension period.

A significant part of the discussion was dedicated to the upcoming REACH Conference. Partners confirmed the decentralized conference model previously agreed upon, with events scheduled at Al-Quds Open University (QOU) on 25 September 2023, An-Najah National University (ANNU) and Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) on 26 September 2023, and Birzeit University (BZU) on 30 September 2023. The conference will showcase project achievements, training outcomes, best practices, and success stories from beneficiaries and stakeholders while strengthening collaboration between universities, graduates, and industry representatives.

The meeting concluded with a clear action plan for all partner institutions, including the completion of outstanding narrative and financial reports, submission of training results and success stories, and finalization of conference arrangements. These coordinated efforts mark an important milestone as the REACH consortium moves toward the successful completion of the project and the dissemination of its impact on graduate employability and university-industry collaboration in Palestine.
