REACH Consortium Reviews Project Progress and Plans Upcoming EU Training Missions

The REACH Consortium held its coordination meeting online on 16 March 2023, to review project achievements and discuss upcoming activities. During the meeting, partners highlighted the significant progress made across the project, noting that most work packages were approaching completion. The Palestinian universities reported substantial advancement in graduate training activities under Work Package 3, with nearly 350 graduates participating in the programme, including 200 trainees from universities in the West Bank and 150 from the Islamic University of Gaza. The consortium also reviewed the development of the REACH Platform, presented by Dr. Sadiq Abdellal, as a key outcome of Work Package 4. Discussions focused on the organization of the upcoming training mission in the United Kingdom, including the possibility of launching online training sessions prior to face-to-face activities, while maintaining opportunities for networking and collaboration with European academic staff. Partners further addressed mobility arrangements, visa procedures, and the preparation of training materials, reaffirming their commitment to strengthening cooperation and enhancing employability support for graduates through international exchange and knowledge sharing.
