Preparing the strategic Plan of the cross border working centers

One of the goals of the REACH project is the establishment of 5 cross border centers in Palestinian universities. These centers are equipped with the necessary equipment, have a strategic plan and provide the appropriate environment for this type of work to be used by the students for freelancing work and training. Palestine Polytechnic University, with the participation of the partners in the project, held several meetings and studied the report of the career units in the universities prepared by the Middlesex University in order to make the strategic plan necessary for the cross border centers. The PPU University prepared the first draft of the strategic plan for cross border centers to achieve the project's goal and maintain the sustainability of the center. It was presented, discussed, and approved. This plan is the outcome of a group work for a period that extends since the beginning of the REACH project, it includes the vision and mission of the centers and what is required to keep their work through several sections, the most important of which are: the administrative section, cross border work service providers, the center’s relationship with local and international institutions, continuity and sustainability of the center, and feedback to academic departments. The strategy for each section has been detailed.
