NATIONAL ERASMUS + OFFICE (NEO) CONDUCTED FIRST MONITORING MISSION VIA ZOOM FOR REACH.
On 19th April 2020 REACH first online-monitoring mission led by Dr. Nidal Jayossi conducted that was in the context of continuous monitoring Erasmus+ programme, the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is developing a comprehensive field monitoring policy. NEO eager to have a better overview of the funded projects, their objectives and results and to become better acquainted with the institutions involved. The purpose of the meeting is to monitor and evaluate the project outcomes, deliverables, the impact and the sustainability. In addition, the online monitoring meeting is focused on the progress in signing partnership agreement, forming team for project management, quality plan and conflict resolution. In addition, the meeting focused on the organization of work between the partners, website development and the last point take place was the bottlenecks faced through the management of the project.
The team member of the REACH project followed the timetable with the present of external relation representatives and the project team leader from each partner.
Dr. Khaled Al Hallaq as a Head of External Relations Office provide his speech thanking all for attendance and providing a brief about REACH Project and its strategic impact in enhancing cross border employability for PHEIs graduates especially through the COVID-19 outbreak we facing nowadays.

Then each responsible PS partner talked about the progress in the Work Package he lead, Dr. George Yerousis from Birzeit University- BZU introduced the progress in WP1; Needs assessment and benchmarking study. Eng. Fadia Hashaika from Al Najah National University -ANNU introduced the progress in WP2; Development for training programme. Eng. Mohammed Fahel from Al Quds Open University-QOU introduced the progress in WP3; Training programme implementation. Dr. Fadi Switie from Palestine Politecnic University- PPU introduced the progress in WP4; Equipping cross border work offices.
Then open discussion conducted between the participants. The last point discussed during this meeting was the main bottlenecks faced by the project, and its was as discussion between the participants in the meeting.
